We are open Monday through Friday from 9 - 5 EST. We make every effort to respond to e-mail inquiries by the next business day at the latest.

Please remember that when you select "Standard Shipping" that means USPS Media Mail. The US Postal Service projects shipping times of 4 - 14 business days for Media Mail, but it is not unusual for these packages to take up to one month to arrive.

If rapid delivery is critical to you, you may wish to select "Expedited Shipping" the next time you order a used book or other item on-line. Spotlight Books sends expedited orders via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
