Spotlight Books is VSV's first enterprise:

Spotlight Books on the Internet: At our training facility, located in a large warehouse, we teach the computer skills involved in selling donated books on websites like Amazon and eBay.

Spotlight Books on the Avenue: Coming Soon -- this attractive store will enable us to teach customer service skills while offering the public a large selection of used books, CDs, videos, and DVDs.

VSV trainees work at Spotlight Books for four to eight months. They develop transferable, marketable skills as they organize donated books, enter them into a computer database, and ship them to Internet customers.

Getting a good job with benefits requires social skills. VSV trainees learn to get to work on time, speak and act professionally, and demonstrate dedication to their jobs.
