Delphine Bailey is the Training and Internet Sales Coordinator for Spotlight Books. A graduate of the Spotlight Books program, she now spends her day teaching computer and business skills to our current group of trainees, and coordinating the work of our Internet Sales Specialists.

Lafayette Richardson is the Admissions and Services Coordinator for Spotlight Books. A graduate of the Spotlight Books program, he now serves as liaison with our referral agencies, and leads a brief workshop series for VSV applicants. He also leads ongoing "soft skills" workshops for Spotlight Books trainees. Lafayette spends the remainder of his week working as an Internet Sales Specialist.

Cupid Calloway and Juanita Rivera are Internet Sales Specialists at Spotlight Books. Both are graduates of the Spotlight Books program. They enter books into our database and process sold books for shipping around the US and the world.
